Refund & Returns Policy
At lyricshirt.shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your eligible order within 30 days from the date you received it, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached where applicable.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- A receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the address to which the package should be sent.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind or Size Exchange
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or would like to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or does not correspond to the order you placed, lyricshirt.shop will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Where appropriate, we may provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, the easiest option is generally to return the original item following our return process.
Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order as long as the order has not yet been processed for picking, packing, or dispatch.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lyricshirt.shop.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with this policy.
Shipping costs may not be refundable once an order has already been dispatched, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the order was cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at support@lyricshirt.shop.
Non-Eligible Returns
A return may not be accepted if the item has been used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the required original components or packaging, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
